Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring the smooth operation of our high-quality systems. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide support and solutions, ensuring that client issues are accurately defined and resolved through your in-depth product knowledge. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Package and deploy applications using MECM (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune
Perform application repackaging (MSI, EXE to MSI/MSIX)
Create and manage Win32 app deployments in Intune
Develop, test, and maintain deployment packages, scripts, and task sequences
Ensure applications comply with security and organizational standards
Troubleshoot deployment issues across MECM and Intune environments
Coordinate with stakeholders for UAT and production releases
Maintain packaging documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
Automate packaging and deployment using PowerShell scripting
Manage application lifecycle including patching, updates, and decommissioning
Work with Azure AD / Entra ID, Group Policies, and endpoint compliance policies
Support co-managed environments (MECM + Intune)

Professional & Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with MECM (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Experience in MSI/MSIX packaging tools (AdminStudio, InstallShield, etc.)
Expertise in Intune Win32 app packaging and deployment
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, and endpoint management
Experience in troubleshooting deployment logs (MECM & Intune)
Understanding of application lifecycle and patch management

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in automation and packaging standardization
- Knowledge of CI/CD or DevOps integration for packaging
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Exposure to cloud-first endpoint management strategies

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Application Packaging.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
