Role Summary
The resource will design, develop, and maintain reporting assets (dashboards, scorecards, recurring operational and performance reporting) to support business decision making. The role includes gathering reporting requirements, translating them into BI solutions, and ensuring data accuracy and usability for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver dashboards/scorecards aligned to business KPIs and operational priorities.
Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting specifications and acceptance criteria.
Build reusable datasets, measures, and reporting logic validate outputs with SMEs.
Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement improvements for reliability.
Create documentation/runbooks for refresh processes, definitions, and usage guidance.
Deliver complex reporting solutions and recurring operational reporting.
Gather requirements, translate into design and reporting logic, and execute build/test/deploy.
Create and maintain reporting workflows , support UAT cycles, and perform defect triage.
Monitor production systems for issues, respond to incidents, troubleshoot problems, and restore
Ensure data validation, documentation, and operational readiness of reporting assets.
Required Skills
Strong SQL + reporting logic (measures, calculations, joins).
BI tool development (Power BI/Tableau/ SAP BusinessObjects), visualization best practices.
Data validation/QA, requirements understanding, and communication skills.
Preferred
Exposure to healthcare/insurance analytics, regulated reporting contexts.
Experience supporting executive reporting and recurring operational cadence.
