Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business objectives into functional software components that support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
- Document development processes and application configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using component-based architecture.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks related to Salesforce development.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security, and deployment processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
