Project Role Description : Design, implement and maintain databases. Install database management systems (DMBS). Develop procedures for day-to-day maintenance and problem resolution.

Role Summary:
As a Snowflake Database Administrator, we are seeking a highly experience L3 skilled resource who has strong technical exposure working on larger footprint of various Data & database technologies. Need to support day-to-day operations working closely with clients to support for on-prem and public cloud solutions leveraging multiple Data & Database Technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Designing and implementing Snowflake data models, schemas, and pipelines.
Developing ETL/ELT workflows using Snowflake, SQL, and cloud-native services.
Optimizing query performance, storage, and compute costs within Snowflake.
Managing Snowflake security, including roles, permissions, data masking, and governance.
Integrating Snowflake with BI tools, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and external data sources.
Monitoring Snowflake environments for reliability, scalability, and performance.
Collaborating with data engineers, architects, analysts, and business teams for end-to-end data solutions.
Implement best practices for backup, recovery, and disaster management.
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
Familiarity with SQL and data querying techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows.
Collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to support data-related activities.
Key Skills:
Strong SQL expertise
L3 skill on Snowflake
Knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with Python preferred
Understanding of data governance, security, and performance tuning
