Summary:
As a Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management System (WMS) Lead / Consultant, you are expected to lead and support large scale warehouse and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud WMS with hands on experience across implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support engagements. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery teams to design, implement, and optimize warehouse operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end Oracle Cloud WMS implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Act as a functional SME for Oracle Cloud WMS, covering inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse execution processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand warehouse and supply chain requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle WMS modules such as: Receiving & Putaway, Picking, Packing, and Shipping, Inventory Management & Cycle Counting, Task Management and Warehouse Execution.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations with Oracle Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and third party systems (3PL, automation, etc.).
- Support data migration, UAT, cutover planning, and post go live stabilization. Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations. Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution governance and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong hands on experience, including current certification with Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes, functional configuration expertise across core WMS processes,
- Experience with other leading WMS applications such as Oracle E Business Suite WMS, or Manhattan Associates
- Experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as: Oracle Inventory Management, Oracle Order Management, Oracle Manufacturing / SCM modules. Exposure to integrations, interfaces, and reports (in collaboration with technical teams)
- Understanding of warehouse KPIs, performance metrics, and operational optimization. Experience working in global delivery models and client facing roles


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7-13 years of overall IT / ERP experience with atleast 5+ years of hands on Oracle Cloud WMS experience. Multiple end to end implementation or rollout projects. Experience in support, enhancement, and transformation programs.
- Nice to have: Oracle Cloud WMS or Oracle SCM Cloud certifications, experience with warehouse automation, RF devices, or 3PL integrations. Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models
- This position is for all locations in India.
