Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with the application environment to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of packaged software solutions. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development lifecycle. You will spend time analyzing system behaviors, troubleshooting issues, and refining application functionalities to meet evolving business needs. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks independently while supporting team objectives and delivering high-quality software products within established timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for packaged applications.
- Assist in the design and implementation of scalable software solutions tailored to client needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement within existing applications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Strong understanding of graph database concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience in designing and optimizing complex queries to enhance data retrieval efficiency.
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques specific to graph databases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks within Neo4j environments.
- Knowledge of integrating Neo4j with various programming languages and frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Neo4j.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
