As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your work contributes to enhancing system performance and adaptability, supporting the evolving needs of the organization through innovative and reliable software development practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Adaptive Integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in developing and maintaining scalable integration solutions using Workday tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
