Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are robust, scalable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within the existing technology landscape. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the developer navigates through different phases of application development to deliver effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of project requirements.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns relevant to enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integrating applications with various databases and external services.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
