Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that can efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional spends time collaborating with various teams to ensure the models meet the desired performance and scalability requirements, while continuously refining the design to enhance language comprehension and generation capabilities. The work also includes evaluating model outputs and iterating on design choices to align with evolving project goals and technological advancements.
We're hiring a Process Integration PM to own the interface between our agentic AI platform and the business process teams that run agents on top of it.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative language model architectures to meet complex project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader applications and workflows.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding their technical growth.
- Continuously monitor advancements in natural language processing and machine learning to incorporate best practices and emerging techniques.
-You'll define and maintain the formal specifications — API contracts, data contracts, evaluation requirements — that govern how agents onboard to and operate on the platform.
-You'll be the primary point of contact between the platform team and multiple large process teams, ensuring alignment before it breaks down in production.
-We're looking for someone with 8–10 years in product management, programme management, or technical account management. You've owned technical interface specifications or API contracts before. You're a strong written communicator, politically aware, and comfortable holding governance standards under delivery pressure.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and model training on extensive datasets.
- Ability to optimize model performance and scalability for production environments.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and language model evaluation metrics.
- Skilled in programming languages commonly used in machine learning such as Python and relevant libraries.
Specification authorship and demonstrated experience writing and owning API contracts, data contracts, schema specifications, interface documents, and PRDs as the source-of-truth artifacts for engineering and consumer teams.
-Working knowledge of agentic AI and LLM systems, including prompt patterns, tool and function calling, RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, and vector/graph data stores
-Working knowledge of Evaluation and observability frameworks for LLM and agent systems — defining accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and quality evaluation criteria
-API lifecycle management — versioning, deprecation, backward compatibility, SLAs, and migration strategies Rework across multiple consumer teams
-Requirements translation — converting ambiguous business-process needs into structured technical plans, measurable milestones, and contractually testable acceptance criteria
-Cross-functional delivery leadership without direct authority — aligning platform engineering, data and business-process owners.
-Exceptional written communication — ability to produce crisp PRDs, interface specs, decision memos, RFCs, exec updates

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
