As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth operation of enterprise network systems, ensuring continuous availability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure components, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ability to analyze complex network problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices to safeguard enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
