Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in proactive monitoring of systems, ensuring that all services are running optimally and addressing any potential disruptions before they impact users. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights on improving operational processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Knowledge of incident management and problem resolution processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Resource should be AI ready.
