Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a proactive approach to system management, ensuring that all operational standards are met and exceeded.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions and services.
- Strong understanding of system administration and support processes.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline operational tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Resource should be AI ready.
