Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in discussions to align operational strategies with business objectives, ensuring that all services meet the required standards and expectations. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and provide insights to improve efficiency and reliability, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to operational processes and procedures.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Charles River Portfolio Management & Risk Analytics, Charles River Middle Office, Charles River Data and Position Management.
- Strong understanding of trading systems and their operational requirements.
- Experience in managing production systems and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex operational issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
