- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business needs.
- Drive quality assurance practices to maintain high standards in code and system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in designing and implementing data models and dashboards using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to optimize performance and scalability of business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with diverse data sources.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to business intelligence platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
