Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves actively engaging with learners to enhance their capabilities in the technology sector. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive training sessions that cover foundational technology concepts, professional growth, and industry-relevant knowledge. The Technology Educator also dedicates time to developing educational materials and assessment tools, ensuring that the learning experience remains current and effective. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align training programs with market needs is a key aspect of the daily routine, fostering continuous skill development and adaptability among technology professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of training programs that address evolving technology trends and learner needs.
- Mentor junior educators and support their professional growth within the team.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storytelling.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technology concepts in an engaging and understandable manner.
- Ability to design and develop educational content that supports diverse learning styles and promotes knowledge retention.
- Experience in creating assessment tools and certification questions to evaluate learner progress and competency.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate industry insights into training modules.
- Skilled in using various instructional methodologies to enhance learner engagement and participation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Storytelling.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
