Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:
It is mandatory to work in rotational shifts 24*7 to ensure full-day support coverage of applications and data workflows.
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of Salesforce tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing insights to enhance system efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor application status using provided dashboards or tools for common issues.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to users on system functionalities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Administration.
- Strong understanding of Apex programming and Visualforce pages.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications and services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
