Summary
The Workforce Software Functional Consultant Team Lead is responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Workforce Software solutions. This role combines deep functional expertise in workforce management with team leadership, client engagement, and delivery ownership. The Team Lead ensures solutions align with business requirements, best practices, and project timelines while mentoring consultants and acting as a key stakeholder liaison.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary functional contact for assigned project areas.
Provide functional guidance and best-practice recommendations to clients.
Support change management and end-user adoption activities.
Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts on project delivery.
Review team deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to project leadership.

Professional & Technical Experience
5 years of experience in Workforce Management or HCM implementations.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence).
Experienced in functional design and implementation of Workforce Software solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional designs aligned with Workforce Software best practices.
Possess Strong knowledge of: Pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, Shift scheduling & workforce planning, Absence/Leave rules and compliance.
Gather and analyze requirements from HR, Operations, Payroll, and Compliance stakeholders.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practice solutions aligned with WFS capabilities.
Provide functional guidance on workforce management processes and compliance requirements (OT, labor laws, shifts, leave policies, etc.).
Strong functional knowledge of workforce management processes and labor compliance.
Work collaboratively with integration teams on data interfaces between WFS and
HRIS (SAP, Workday, Oracle), Payroll platforms, Time capture devices or mobile apps.
Support creation of dashboards, KPIs, and standard WFS reports.
Experience in global rollouts and multi country implementations.


Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in WFS.
15 years full time education / BTech/ MBA HR.
Ability to work across different shift as per the business requirement.
