Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business goals, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in integrating business processes with custom software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data management within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
