Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create meaningful business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by preparing comprehensive business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is also a key part of daily activities. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational goals.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to strategic discussions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
