Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative software solutions by leveraging modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques. Your typical day will involve collaborating with Application Development Teams to implement a cloud-first and mobile-first approach, ensuring that projects deliver maximum value while adhering to Agile methodologies. You will be instrumental in driving the vision for application development, contributing to projects of varying scopes and complexities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices. - Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
