- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and software scalability considerations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
