Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the defined requirements. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to align technical efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
At least 2 hands on end to end EWM Implementation experience required for this role
