Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations and enhance user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and scalability in alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
