Summary: As a Learning Advisor, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify and implement opportunities in learning design and development. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance learning delivery and content management, while also monitoring and communicating the progress of initiatives against key business outcomes. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in learning operations, ensuring that the learning experiences provided are effective and aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and refine learning programs based on feedback and performance metrics. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Learning Delivery Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Learning Content Development. - Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies. - Ability to analyze learning needs and develop tailored solutions. - Experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Learning Delivery Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
