Job Title: Associate Director – Salesforce Cloud Transformation Location: Bengaluru Experience Level: 15+ years overall experience, with significant leadership in Salesforce programs Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Salesforce Cloud to lead large-scale, complex Salesforce transformations within the Life Sciences domain. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, strong commercial understanding, large team leadership, and hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies. The ideal candidate will have successfully led cross-functional teams of 50+ members and driven enterprise-grade integrations using MuleSoft. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Program Management Lead and manage large Salesforce transformation programs across Sales, Service, and Commercial CRM platforms. Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to teams of 50+ resources, including architects, developers, QA, and analysts. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology delivery. Own delivery governance, risk management, and escalation across multiple workstreams. Salesforce Cloud & Architecture Drive end-to-end Salesforce cloud implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and industry-specific CRM solutions. Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce architecture aligned with enterprise standards. Oversee solution design and ensure best practices across configuration, customization, and deployment. Integration & MuleSoft Lead integration strategy and execution using MuleSoft, connecting Salesforce with ERP, data warehouses, marketing platforms, and third-party systems. Ensure performance, reliability, and data consistency across integrated systems. Collaborate with enterprise integration and data architecture teams. Agile & SAFe Delivery Lead delivery using Agile and SAFe methodologies, including PI planning, sprint execution, and release management. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices. Ensure predictable delivery, continuous improvement, and high-quality outcomes. Life Sciences & Commercial CRM Apply strong domain knowledge in Life Sciences, including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices. Drive CRM solutions supporting commercial operations such as sales force effectiveness, HCP engagement, territory management, and compliance. Ensure solutions adhere to industry regulations (e.g., GxP, data privacy, compliance standards). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM with large-scale enterprise implementations. Proven experience leading teams of 50+ members across global or distributed delivery models. Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations. Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks. Mandatory Life Sciences domain experience, specifically in commercial CRM. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Architect, or Consultant). SAFe Agilist or Agile certifications. MuleSoft certification. Experience working in global, multi-vendor environments.
