Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies will be key components of your role, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and mentor junior developers; provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices. • Translate business use cases and requirements into clear technical specifications and development tasks. • Architect, design, and implement high-quality frontend features using Angular with NgRx (actions, reducers, selectors, effects). • Make informed decisions on where to implement logic to maintain clean and scalable architecture. • Contribute to backend development using NestJS and MariaDB (optional but preferred). • Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality user stories. • Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows and ensure proper Git usage and branching strategies. • Apply and promote design patterns such as MVP, controller–service–repository, and clean. Professional & Technical Skills: • Minimum 1+ year of experience as a team leader or technical lead. • 1+ years of advanced, hands-on experience with NgRx and related state management tools. • Strong proficiency in Angular and deep understanding of NgRx architecture. • Solid experience with Git, code reviews, and branching strategies. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. • Ability to break down complex requirements into maintainable technical tasks. • Strong communication and leadership skills." Additional Information: candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development Backend experience with NestJS or Node.js. Familiarity with MariaDB or other relational databases. Experience using an ORM (TypeORM, Sequelize, etc.). Knowledge of common design patterns. Understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
