Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of application functionalities, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment and configuration.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to enhance deployment efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
