Business Capability Architect
Project Role Description : Define and build a capability that does not currently exist. Develop industry position papers on the capability and help define a practice from incubation to growth stages. Participate in business development activities and act as a subject matter expert for the technical and functional design of the capability, which can be leveraged or implemented at multiple clients.

Summary: As a Business Capability Architect, you will define and build a capability that does not currently exist. Your typical day involves developing industry position papers on the capability and assisting in defining a practice from its incubation to growth stages. You will also participate in business development activities and act as a subject matter expert for the technical and functional design of the capability, ensuring it can be leveraged or implemented at multiple clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the domain. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and capability mapping. - Experience in developing and implementing business strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Retail. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
