Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for technology initiatives at each assigned account. Your typical day involves integrating technology contracts and engagements, collaborating with various teams to leverage technology offerings, and developing comprehensive account plans to maximize opportunities and enhance client relationships. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive the success of technology projects, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure project alignment and success. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive technology adoption. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with test automation tools and practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret test results to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance testing processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Test Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
