Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology talent remains relevant in the market by facilitating upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training in various technology domains, engaging with learners to enhance their professional development, and contributing to the development of course content and assessments. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the training provided aligns with industry standards and meets the needs of the learners, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and provide feedback on training effectiveness and learner progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storytelling. - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts. - Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials. - Experience in developing assessments and certification questions. - Familiarity with various training methodologies and adult learning principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Storytelling. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
