Data Architect
Project Role Description : Define the data requirements and structure for the application. Model and design the application data structure, storage and integration.

Key Responsibilities Define migration strategy & roadmap: Establish timelines, downtime windows, rollback plans, and communication with stakeholders. Assess compatibility & risks: Use migration assessment tool (SQL Server Management Studio 22) to identify deprecated features and breaking changes. Infrastructure readiness: Coordinate with client/system admins to provision SQL Server 2025 servers (hardware/VMs, storage, networking). Design & validate migration scripts: Create and review T-SQL and PowerShell scripts for schema migration, data movement. Oversee testing & validation: Define unit test scenarios, ensure data integrity, and validate application connectivity. Co-ordinate in deployment/cutover activities Required Skills SQL Server administration (installation, configuration, migration methods). Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL server (version 2016 and above) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Strong SQL development knowledge, T-SQL & scripting for automation. PowerShell Scripting is added advantage. Basic Infrastructure knowledge (Windows Server, storage, networking). Project management & leadership. Troubleshooting & root cause analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
