Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The engineer actively manages the lifecycle of software components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Good understanding of data modeling and user interface design within Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
