Summary: The candidate need security expertise to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to assess security risks, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidate will also engage in discussions to provide solutions to security challenges and contribute to the overall security posture of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. - Implement and manage security policies and procedures to safeguard information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures. - Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to ensure best practices. - Provide training and support to team members on security protocols and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Managed Azure Security Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM), Security Operations Management, Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices. - Experience in incident response and threat analysis. - Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulations. - Ability to analyze security incidents and implement corrective actions. -Azure DevOps Integration: Implement IAM solutions within Azure DevOps pipelines to automate identity and access management processes -Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full identity lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring efficient and secure processes -Access Control: Manage and monitor access controls, including role-based access, privileges, and permissions within Azure services -Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IAM and security -IAM Solution Development: Lead the design and development of custom IAM solutions, including authentication, Single Sign-On SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication MFA, and identity provisioning -IAM Policy Management: Define and enforce IAM policies and procedures to safeguard data and resources -Incident Response: Develop and maintain IAM-related incident response plans and contribute to security incident investigations -Monitoring and Auditing: Implement monitoring and auditing solutions for IAM, and conduct regular reviews to identify and mitigate risks -Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of IAM developers and administrators -Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and IT operations, to ensure the seamless integration of IAM solutions -Microsoft certifications related to security or infrastructure. -CompTIA Security+, Certified PKI Professional (CPKI), or similar. -Azure Security, SC-300 or SC-900 (optional, for IAM). -preferred 5 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on Azure IAM solutions -Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, Azure B2C, and Azure AD Connect -Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc -Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar tools -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Encryption. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
