Performance Engineer
Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that enhance system efficiency. You will also participate in capacity planning and application performance management, ensuring that the software development lifecycle is optimized for peak performance. Your role will require a keen understanding of problem detection and resolution, allowing you to contribute significantly to the overall performance strategy of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues effectively. - Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. - Familiarity with application performance management techniques. - Knowledge of capacity planning and resource optimization strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
