Quality Engineer (Tester)
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, creating automation strategies, and supporting data and environment configurations. You will also participate in code reviews and monitor defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Perform all phases of STLC within Agile environments. 2. Develop, enhance, debug, and execute automated test cases. 3.Handle test planning, documentation, test design, execution, and defect management. 4. Drive automation efforts to increase test coverage and efficiency. 5. Coordinate with test and development teams to resolve issues. 6. Prepare clear daily test execution and QA reports. 7. Support pre- and post-release activities. 8. Review, write, and maintain automation scripts. 9. Communicate with client teams to resolve issues and provide updates. Professional & Technical Skills (Must-Have) 1. Strong experience in Java, Selenium, Maven, JUnit/TestNG. 2. Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO, TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js. 3. Basic knowledge of Java programming and framework setup. 4. Mobile automation experience for iOS and Android (Appium & Perfecto preferred). 5. Knowledge of Playwright MCP is a plus. 6. Automation experience in Web UI and API testing (Selenium/Rest Assured). 7. Experience with REST services, Postman/SOAPUI (preferred). 8. Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins). Additional Information 1. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience required.
