Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will also be involved in problem-solving and ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. 2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define requirements and translate them into functional applications. 3. Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes. 4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards. 5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. 6. Troubleshoot and debug issues, proposing solutions to improve performance and user experience. 7. Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, AI, and 3D AR/VR technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: (Must Have skills) 1. Proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter and strong understanding of Dart. 2. Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate through proof of concepts. 3. Experience with RESTful Services and OpenAPI (advantageous). 4. Experience integrating RESTful/GraphQL APIs with backend services. 5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. 6. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance user experience. 7. Familiarity with Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) basics for native integrations. 8. Strong understanding of SOLID principles and CLEAN Architecture. Good to have skills: 1. Knowledge of Native Development 2. Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop Additional Information: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels. 2. Strong active listening, multitasking, and organizational skills. 3. Logical problem-solving ability and adherence to processes and guidelines. 4. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
