Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Continuously assess and improve team processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
