Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve software development processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing. - Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
