Summary:
As a Security Delivery Practitioner, a typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assist in defining requirements for security projects. The role includes designing and constructing security components tailored to project needs, followed by thorough testing to ensure functionality and compliance. This position requires active engagement in the development lifecycle, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated and validated within the overall system architecture. The practitioner supports continuous improvement by identifying potential enhancements and contributing to the refinement of security solutions throughout the project duration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify project requirements.
- Document and communicate security design specifications to relevant stakeholders.
- Support testing activities by preparing test cases and validating security components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to security implementations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Experience with risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret security requirements to develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with security testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
