Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques. Your day will involve collaborating with Application Development Teams, fostering an Agile mindset, and contributing to projects of varying scopes and scales, all while maintaining a cloud-first, mobile-first approach to deliver value effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Hands-on with SQL skills is required - Nice to have - Experience with Snowflake, Oracle DB, Python for analysis, and prompt-design for GenAI-assisted insights. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. - Familiarity with modular architecture principles and cloud technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
