Summary:As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, writing clean and efficient code, and troubleshooting issues to enhance application performance. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and industry standards. Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development of project documentation and user manuals. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in application development. - Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. - Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
