, Summary: As a Senior Test Engineer, you will collaborate with development teams to identify test cases and requirements suitable for automation. You will implement and execute automated and manual tests, analyze and report test results. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues arising with automated and manual tests and test infrastructure. You will participate in issue reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality software. You will work with other members of the testing team to maintain and improve the existing automated testing infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for developing new test cases, executing existing tests, and reporting the test results. • You will collaborate with teams of other locations to identify test cases and requirements suitable for automation. • You will analyze and interpret the test results, actively participate in defect analysis, and support in pre and post verification efforts. • You will be responsible for test bench and hardware maintenance and report if there are any issues. You will work closely with teams of other locations in order to make ensure that test environments are operational at all times Professional & Technical Skills: • Overall, 5 to 7 years of experience in the testing and validation domain, with at least 3 years of experience in the automotive domain. • Very good knowledge in CANoe, Python, CAPL. • Experience with Confluence, Jira, DOORs • Good knowledge of ECU and HiL hardware, Ethernet, CAN protocols. • System and Sub system Knowledge of Automotive ECUs. • Requirement Understanding, Configuration Management, Bug Tracking Tool, Change management Tool • You should have working experience in assembling a test bench (HIL). You should feel comfortable working with hardware and electronic components. • You should have working experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues associated with automated and manual tests and test infrastructure. • You have a strong ability to think analytically, you have an established professional network and you have an independent and structured way of working. • You possess excellent problem solving and debugging skills. • You communicate proactively and have excellent interpersonal skills. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Embedded Product Verification & Validation. • This position is based at our Bengaluru office. • A Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Electrical Instrumentation is required.
