Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves focusing on delivering innovative and intelligent solutions that enhance delivery processes through automation and analytics. The role centers on driving the automation of delivery analytics to extract meaningful insights from data, enabling more predictive and efficient outcomes. This position requires a proactive approach to integrating advanced technologies and methodologies to continuously improve delivery mechanisms and support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation tools and analytics.
- Continuously monitor and optimize automated delivery processes to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document and share best practices and lessons learned to support team knowledge growth.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Datadog.
- Experience with Application Performance Management Architecture.
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability principles.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting to support delivery analytics.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and monitoring.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Datadog.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
