Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and guiding your team through the development process to deliver high-quality applications that meet user needs and business objectives. You will also be responsible for addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive while fostering a positive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any roadblocks. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Ability to effectively communicate project goals and expectations to team members and stakeholders. - Proficient in using project management tools to track progress and manage resources. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
