Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the systems operate smoothly, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to improve future troubleshooting efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with automation and configuration management tools. - Familiarity with scripting languages for task automation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
