Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your communication skills to provide exceptional service, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also require you to maintain a high standard of quality in all interactions, contributing to the overall success of our operations and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on technical issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization. - Strong understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
