Summary: As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models. Your typical day will involve articulating a compelling enterprise architecture vision, outlining the target state, and developing a transformation roadmap that aligns with organizational goals. You will engage with various stakeholders to ensure that the architecture supports business objectives and drives innovation across the enterprise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously assess and improve the architecture framework to adapt to changing business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud architecture and integration. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman. - Experience in designing scalable and resilient systems. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and API management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
