Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, adapting to evolving client demands and technological advancements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a continuous part of the day, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and problem-solving to deliver high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain application stability and performance.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices in coding and testing.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within CRM platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
