Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while applying your expertise in quality processes and methodologies to develop comprehensive testing strategies that enhance the overall application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
