JD for L7 ServiceNow Architect / SME Role Summary: As an ServiceNow SME & Architect, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure and implement, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with client & various stake holders to understand the enhancement / additional configurations in ServiceNow majorly in ITSM Module. You will also engage in problem solving, issue fix, managing the requirement backlog & its prioritization by a greater engagement conversation with client lead while ensuring adherence to best practices. You are expected to suggest the best-in-class changes based on your learnings and experiences, propose any architectural changes if required. You are expected to build multiple business and operations relevant performance analytics dashboards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an ServiceNow SME majorly in ITSM Module - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Understand the ITSM configuration changes, new enhancements, additional features – Apply experience & knowledge and meet the timelines as agreed - Responsible for team decisions - Expected to provide solutions to Open issues - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines - This Role expects a 2nd shift coverage of support until 11.30 PM IST Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Overall 12+ years of relevant ServiceNow implementation experience and 6-7 years of hands-on experience in ITSM Module configurations & implementation - Strong understanding of ServiceNow Architecture and modules - Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other platforms and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with IT service management processes and best industry practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow. - 15 years full time education is required - Good to have ServiceNow certification
